Shipping Policy

At Eco Fabrics Australia, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, sustainably, and with care. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Times

  • Orders are confirmed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • All orders are sent end of the month/beginning of the month

Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers and we aim to use carbon-neutral shipping options whenever possible.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international destinations including New Zealand, the USA, and parts of Europe.

  • Shipping rates are calculated on location and order weight.

  • Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

 

Eco-Friendly Packaging

At Eco Fabrics Australia, we prioritise the planet. All orders are packed using recyclable, or reusable materials.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

 

Delivery Issues

  • If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ecofabricsaustralia.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work with you and the carrier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

 

Changes and Cancellations

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of Shipping Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

At Eco Fabrics Australia, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ecofabricsaustralia.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • We pride ourselves on quality, but if you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@ecofabricsaustralia.com.au.

  • We will cover return shipping costs and offer you the choice of a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
