Processing Times

Orders are confirmed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

All orders are sent end of the month/beginning of the month
Shipping Methods
We use trusted carriers and we aim to use carbon-neutral shipping options whenever possible.
International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations including New Zealand, the USA, and parts of Europe.

Shipping rates are calculated on location and order weight.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

At Eco Fabrics Australia, we prioritise the planet. All orders are packed using recyclable, or reusable materials.
Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ecofabricsaustralia.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Eco Fabrics Australia, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ecofabricsaustralia.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
